Make repeat orders easier
Identify the information that stays useful between orders and the details that change with staff or schedules. Keep a clearly named approved master for recurring pieces.
Your quote should describe the finished piece
Include the size, quantity, number of artwork versions, required in-hand date, and any finishing or installation needs. Share the intended use as well as the file; it helps the team compare suitable materials and production approaches.
