Build the piece around its purpose
Organize proposals, sales sheets, and welcome materials inside branded presentation folders.
What to decide before artwork approval
List the pieces that need to fit inside and confirm their sizes. Keep key design elements clear of folds and pockets, and ask about a business-card slot if needed.
Options for this project
- Pocket and layout planning
- Coordinated inserts
- Stock and finish consultation
Make repeat orders easier
Identify the information that stays useful between orders and the details that change with staff or schedules. Keep a clearly named approved master for recurring pieces.
Your quote should describe the finished piece
Include the size, quantity, number of artwork versions, required in-hand date, and any finishing or installation needs. Share the intended use as well as the file; it helps the team compare suitable materials and production approaches. Pricing, availability, and timing are confirmed with the team for your actual order.
