Build the piece around its purpose
Develop print layouts that organize your message, reflect your brand, and work in the format you need.
What to decide before artwork approval
Bring your logo, brand colors, initial copy, and any images you have permission to use. Tell us the print format early so the design is built around its actual dimensions.
Options for this project
- Print layout and artwork adaptation
- Brand asset placement
- Prepress file preparation
Work backward from the in-hand date
If materials are needed for an event, distinguish the event date from receiving and setup deadlines. Supply organizer requirements and confirm the handoff arrangements directly with the team.
Your quote should describe the finished piece
Include the size, quantity, number of artwork versions, required in-hand date, and any finishing or installation needs. Share the intended use as well as the file; it helps the team compare suitable materials and production approaches. Pricing, availability, and timing are confirmed with the team for your actual order.
