Build the piece around its purpose
Coordinate design, printing, and mailing for campaigns that put a clear offer into your audience’s hands.
What to decide before artwork approval
Begin with the audience, offer, and response method. Mail-piece dimensions and address areas should be reviewed before design is complete, and postage is quoted separately from print production.
Options for this project
- Postcard and letter campaigns
- Personalized print options
- Mail preparation coordination
Plan the handoff to people using the print
Explain whether materials will be handed out, placed on a counter, or used at an event. Ask about suitable quantities and how pieces should be bundled before distribution.
Your quote should describe the finished piece
Include the size, quantity, number of artwork versions, required in-hand date, and any finishing or installation needs. Share the intended use as well as the file; it helps the team compare suitable materials and production approaches. Pricing, availability, and timing are confirmed with the team for your actual order.
